Karen Ritchie

Karen has over 20 years' experience within the estate agency industry. Firstly, as a financial advisor for a number of years and then went on to become a property valuer for both corporate and independent agencies.

Karen set up Karen Ritchie Estates in December 2011 and the company has gone from strength to strength, so much so that at the end of her first year the company won a coveted ESTA award. Karen prides herself on her personal touch and feels this is why the business is growing.

Cassidy Ritchie

Cassidy is Karen Ritchie's daughter who has been on the team ever since Karen opened the business. She has been in the business since 2012 and has learnt all aspects of the job and has worked her way to the top. She is a fully trained sales negotiator/contract chaser, Cassidy’s role is now full management of the office on a day to day basis which also involves all aspect of estate agency and chasing solicitors on a daily basis to get our sales through to completion. Cassidy is fab to have on the team.

Chloe Faulkner

Chloe has come to work at Karen Ritchie Estates with 3 years of customer service experience. Prior to this she studied 3 years at University.

Chloe is a friendly member of staff who is always happy to help and is responsible for the administration of the office. Chloe has joined our team wanting to gain further experience in the industry and wanting to work her way up using her knowledge and the experience she gains.

Michelle Edmondson

Michelle EdmondsonSales Negotiator/Viewing Representative

Michelle joins us with over 35 years direct sales experience at senior management and executive level, gained across a wide variety of mainstream retail operations. Her acute interest for property and its development and her passion for service excellence, placing the customer at the heart of everything that we do, is a perfect complement to our proposition at Karen Ritchie Estates.

Michelle forms part of our sales team involved in direct vendor support and accompanying viewers around our extensive range of properties.
